We purchased a Phantom Screen from Maryland Screens. The whole process was very professional. The order was handled via email and the communication was prompt and very clear. We were given an installation date and, happily, were notified of an earlier opportunity. The workmen were also very professional and the installation was flawless. They carefully explained the operation and preventive maintenance steps and made sure we understood the information. A very positive experience all around.
