Mike Rose deserves 10 stars!!! If you are looking for a true professional to tackle your screen project or issue who does what he says he is going to do at the exact price quoted, look no further than Mike Rose and Maryland Screens. We have a complicated rolling screen mechanism that unexpectedly broke, and Mike thankfully agreed to take on the project (at least three other people we called wouldn’t). Because of the complexity of the system and the custom parts required, Mike spent nearly two full days working on the issue at our home, and that doesn’t include the time he spent researching the issue on his own, dealing numerous times with the manufacturer, and ordering (and re-ordering) the needed specialty parts. Needless to say, the rolling screen now works flawlessly and we couldn’t be happier with Mike’s work! From start to finish we were in awe of Mike’s commitment to the project; his perseverance and attention to detail are both unrivaled and very rare in today’s times. He does not cut corners, make false promises, or commit to things he can’t do…..and if the job requires him to spend more time to get you the perfect result, he does it with a positive attitude and without charging a single extra cent. Most importantly, Mike did not consider the project done until we were completely satisfied with his results of his work. There are very few (if any) business owners like Mike Rose these days, and we feel very fortunate to have found him.
